Some card, paper and string. A few household items. And a sprinkle of imagination. That’s all it takes to see the world through a child’s eyes.
Play Goggles
Children make the world their playground. Pop on some Play Goggles and join them.
Acting out different scenarios - from imagining a wooden spoon is a magic wand, to turning a row of toys into a classroom with them as the teacher - gives children a safe place to explore ideas that excite, amuse, intrigue or even worry them. When parents and caregivers make their own specs and use them to see the world through a child’s eyes, they’re letting a child take the lead - which is the best way for children to learn through play. All while deepening the bond between them, too.
